At Around Town Bicycles, we make every effort to insure that you select a bicycle that is properly fit and is the best choice for your intended use. Our knowledgeable sales staff, (over 70 years of experience) will assist you in the selection process by asking questions on your interests, expectations from the product, as well as your budget. We strive for the best possible match with you to the equipment offered by Around Town Bicycles.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 14 days and we’ll replace it or give you a refund. Please read “Returns” below for more information.
Generally, a bicycle cannot be returned for a refund. A bicycle may be exchanged for original purchase credit within 7 days of purchase provided that the bicycle is in new, unused condition. Owner must have the original receipt and does not apply to additional accessories or modifications to the bicycle at time of purchase.
1) All items considered for merchandise return or exchange within 14 days of purchase must have the original sales receipt, be in new unused condition, be in original packaging with manuals and their accessories.
2) Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back only to the card for the original purchase. Refunds for cash purchases will be paid in cash of sales not exceeding $50.00. Refunds for cash purchases exceeding $50.00 will in the form of a check.
Bicycle repairs that have not been left for over 90 days after completion will be considered the property of Around Town Bicycles. We make every effort to provide timely turnaround and contact the customer after completion of the repair.

WE DO NOT BUY USED BICYCLES. In certain cases, however, we will consider a trade in towards a new bicycle purchase.
